Notice that CON5 ribbon was half out its slot. AC30CC2X: 2x12' combo with the world revered Celestion Blue 15 watt AlNiCo speakers as used in the original AC30 combo. AC30CC2: 2x12' combo with a pair of custom designed GSH12-30 speakers which add a top end mellowness and smooth bass response. Inspect board + components for obvious signs of a problem. AC30CC1: 1x12' combo with a custom voiced VOX NeoDog speaker. Tested by noodling around with a chopstick when its on and/or visual inspection. Most commonly they are found on the tube sockets (underneath) as the soldering on those was never good apparently. Its basically just an RCA jack x 2 soldered directly to the board. Where the speaker cables connect to the circuit board can often get stressed/cold solder out.Dirty volume pot (especially if its on low volume always). If it stops happening you know its that tube. Tested by swapping them out one by one with a spare tube.
